Jason Harinstein

Jason was previously the Senior Vice President of Corporate Development at Groupon. Prior to Groupon, Jason was Director of Corporate Development team at Google, Inc. and led several major transactions, including the acquisitions of DoubleClick, ITA Software, Invite Media, Feedburner, and Teracent; investment and subsequent sale of a 5% stake in AOL; and the sale of Performics.
