Compounding Gems Advisors, LLC serves as the general partner (the “US GP & Advisor”) of the Partnership. US GP is registered as an investment advisor in the state of Texas and Washington, US.

Compounding Gems India Aravalli Fund I ("India Fund") is an open-ended scheme of Compounding Gems India Trust which is organized as a contributory determinate trust under the provisions of the Indian Trusts Act, 1882. India Fund is registered as a Category III Alternative Investment Fund ("AIF") with Securities and Exchange Board of India ("SEBI") (registration number IN/AIF3/23-24/1452). Compounding Gems Capital Advisors LLP ("India GP & Advisor"), a limited liability partnership, acts as the Investment Manager to the Trust and all its Schemes, including the India Fund.
