Adrien Demongeot

Adrien Demongeot is a research associate at the Ecole hôtelière de Lausanne, focusing on nutrition research and development since July 2021. Prior to this role, Demongeot served as a scientific collaborator (post-doctoral) at Ecole polytechnique fédérale de Lausanne from November 2017 to October 2021 and conducted research on the physics and chemistry of polymer materials while earning a PhD at ESPCI Paris from February 2013 to December 2016.
