Amit Chincholikar

Amit Chincholikar is an experienced human resources leader currently serving as the Group President of Human Resources at Hinduja Group Limited since January 2025, while also holding a position on the Advisory Board of Compport. Previously, Amit was the Global Chief Human Resources Officer at both Yokohama Off-Highway Tires and Tata Consumer Products, where contributions included strategic HR leadership. Amit's extensive career also includes significant roles at TATA SONS LIMITED, Novelis, Aditya Birla Group, Universal Music Group, and Mercer, showcasing expertise in rewards, benefits, and corporate HR strategy. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Human Resources from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management and a Bachelor's degree in Statistics and Operations Research from the University of Mumbai.
