Paul Miles

Paul Miles has extensive experience in the insurance and reinsurance industry, with a career spanning over three decades. Starting as an Accounts Administrator at Legal & General from 1991 to 1993, Paul progressed through various roles including Reinsurance Consultant at Robson Rhodes and Roy T Ward Consultants, and Commutations Analyst at KWELM Management Services Limited. From 2005 to 2020, Paul held the position of Commutations Manager at Enstar Group, managing commutation activities across European operations. Following that role, Paul served as Group Head of Commutations at Catalina Re, overseeing commutation activities internationally. Currently, Paul is the Head of Technical Due Diligence at Compre Group, focusing on M&A opportunities worldwide, and recently transitioned to a Senior Associate Director at CRANMORE (UK) LIMITED to conduct due diligence analysis for Enstar Group's M&A and (re)insurance prospects.
