Rachel Bardon

Rachel Bardon is a seasoned professional with 25 years of experience in property and casualty insurance, reinsurance, private credit, and capital solutions. They began their career as an Actuarial Analyst at Epler Company and progressed to become a Sr. Actuarial Analyst at Liberty Mutual. Throughout their career, Rachel has held significant positions, including Head of Actuarial and Head of Capital Modeling at Montpelier Reinsurance Holdings Ltd, Managing Director at Hudson Structured Capital Management, and currently serves as the Chief Underwriting Officer at Compre Group. Additionally, they have served on the boards of Noblr Car Insurance and Sidecar. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Brigham Young University.
