COMPREDICT
Dr. Rafael Fietzek co-founded COMPREDICT GmbH in September 2016 and currently serves as the Managing Director. Prior to that, they worked at the Institut für Mechatronische Systeme im Maschinenbau, TU Darmstadt. From March 2009 to October 2014, they were a Research Assistant and PhD student, and from October 2014 to September 2016, they worked as a Post Doc.
Dr. Rafael Fietzek completed their education in two stages. From 2002 to 2008, they attended FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg, where they obtained their Diploma in Industrial Engineering. Following this, from 2009 to 2014, they pursued further studies at Technische Universität Darmstadt, specializing in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering, and ultimately earning a Dr.-Ing. degree.
COMPREDICT
COMPREDICT‘s virtual sensors and health & usage monitoring provide unique insights of vehicle usage and behavior without additional hardware for all sectors of mobility. Our solution is currently used in applications with 2 up to 18 wheel vehicles – and even trains. The virtual sensors measure the real dynamic behavior of components likesteering, brakes, powertrain and battery, regardless of whether the vehicle is a prototype or a series product, for a single vehicle or an entire fleet. We close the feedback loop between product development, in-use behavior or fleet management and service operations. With COMPREDICT, optimized component design and maintenance allow our customers to reduce weight, CO2 emissions and environmental impact over the whole product lifecycle.
