Roger Lee has a diverse work experience, with a focus on starting and co-founding several successful companies. Currently, they are the Co-Founder and CEO of Comprehensive, a position they have held since October 2021. Prior to this role, Roger served as the Co-Founder and Board Director of Human Interest, a digital 401(k) provider, from 2015 onwards. Roger was also the founding CEO of Human Interest for its first four years. Before that, Roger co-founded Thunder, a design software company that was acquired by Walmart. Thunder was recognized as one of Forbes' 100 Most Promising Companies in America and ranked as the top creative ad technology provider by Forrester. Additionally, Roger co-founded SubProfile Network, which owned three of the most visited websites for teenagers in 2003. Their flagship website, SubProfile.com, was an early social network for AOL Instant Messenger users.

Roger Lee completed their undergraduate education from 2004 to 2008 at Harvard University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Applied Mathematics. In 2015, they also attended Y Combinator, however, specific details about their degree or field of study at this institution are unavailable. Additionally, Roger Lee holds a certification called Series 65 from FINRA, although the month and year of its acquisition are not specified.
