While remaining an independent, private practice, CUC is affiliated with Advocate Good Shepherd Hospital, and Ascension St. Alexius Medical Center. Our mission is to provide the best urologic care available in the Chicago area. Our team is dedicated to treating patients with compassion and respect and it is our goal that every patient feels better physically and emotionally.
