Charlotte Bjärhov

Charlotte Bjärhov has extensive experience in financial management and leadership roles. Charlotte is currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer for Comprend, Nordic Morning, Pyramid, Petra, and Graal. Prior to this, they worked as the Chief Financial Officer at Briab.

Before joining Briab, Charlotte held the position of Ekonomichef at UR, Sveriges Utbildningsradio AB, where they were responsible for all financial monitoring and reporting for Svenska Utbildningsradion. Charlotte also had personal responsibility for a finance department of 7 individuals and actively participated in strategic work and business development as part of the management team.

Earlier in their career, Charlotte served as the European Finanschef/Senior Financial Controller at ChyronHego, overseeing financial monitoring and reporting for 10 companies in 8 European countries. Charlotte was responsible for designing standardized work methods and processes for the finance department in Europe, including consolidation, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, analysis, and management reporting.

Prior to their role at ChyronHego, Charlotte was the CFO for the OTW group, which consisted of 7 companies, including one international subsidiary. Charlotte had overall financial responsibility, including reporting according to IFRS for the publicly traded parent company. Charlotte also played an active role in the strategic work and business development of the group as part of the executive management team.

Charlotte has also held various financial roles, including CFO and Ekonomichef, at Susamuru and Minnesota Communication AB, where they were responsible for a wide range of financial and administrative tasks, including accounting, reporting, budgeting, payroll, and HR responsibilities.

Earlier in their career, they worked as a Business Controller at Fujitsu Siemens Computers, where they were involved in monthly accounting, reporting, and bonus calculations, as well as working on CRM and customer databases.

Charlotte Bjärhov earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Accounting and Finance from Södertörn University. Charlotte attended the university from 1999 to 2004.
