Marco Taurino

Marco Taurino has a diverse work experience in the field of graphic and visual design. Marco started their career as a junior graphic designer at Sectio sas in 2017, followed by a role as a jr. visual designer at Cappelli Identity Design in 2018. In 2019, they worked as a visual designer at Intorno Design. Marco then joined CRISTALTEC S.P.A. in 2020 as an art director, where they led a team in conceptualizing and creating a video game for slot machines. Marco also worked as a brand designer at Intorno Design in 2020 and as a visual designer & animation at BCV associati srl - Communication design from 2020 to 2021. Most recently, Marco has been working at Comprend since 2022, starting as a junior graphic designer and currently holding the position of mid graphic designer. At Comprend, they have been involved in various design projects, including creating external and internal assets for the Diageo Preliminary Results 2022 under the direction of Sophie Körner and John Anderson.

Marco Taurino has a diverse education history. Marco completed their Laurea Magistrale LM degree in Visual & Innovation Design at Rufa - Rome University of Fine Arts from 2018 to 2020. In 2019, they attended a masterclass in visual design at the School of Visual Arts. Prior to that, they obtained their Laurea triennale degree in Graphic Design from Rufa - Rome University of Fine Arts from 2014 to 2018.

In terms of certifications, Marco obtained a CEFR Level B2, 10 - intermedio superiore certification in General English from EF Education First in July 2021. Additionally, they obtained the Michal Makarewicz Demo&Lecture MASTERCLASS certification from BLUE SHUTTLE LTD in March 2016, and the One4One: VideoLab certification from L'officina dei nuovi lavori in October 2015.

Marco has also pursued further education in UX design through a professional course on Coursera, starting in 2021. Lastly, Marco attended EF International Language Campuses to enhance their English language skills, achieving a CEFR Level B2, 10 - intermedio superiore proficiency in 2021.
