Mikael Melander began their work experience in 2009 as a Lagerarbetare at Tikkurila Sverige AB, where they worked during the summers until 2014. From 2014 onwards, they served as a Lagervård on a part-time basis while studying. In 2018, Melander joined Meepo as a Full-stack Developer until January 2020. In 2019, they became the CTO of Storyspot AB at Swift-IT AB, where they also founded their own company in the same year. Since 2020, Melander has been working at Comprend, starting as a Lead Infrastructure & Application Developer and currently holding the position of Infrastructure & Cloud Lead.
Mikael Melander's education history includes a kandidatexamen degree in Datavetenskap (Computer Science) from Linnaeus University, which they obtained from 2015 to 2018.
