Sergio Ayres

Sergio Ayres has a diverse work experience. Sergio started their career as a Maintenance Engineer Intern at Companhia Paulista de Trens Metropolitanos in 1997. Sergio then worked as an International Trade Intern at JOVALE INTERNATIONAL TRADE in Toronto, Canada in 2000. Sergio joined Toyota do Brasil in the same year as a Purchasing Engineer and played a significant role in the industrialization project of the first locally manufactured Corolla in Brazil. Sergio also implemented cost reduction initiatives for auto parts used in Corolla and Hilux vehicles. Sergio then moved to Embraer in 2001, where they worked as a Process Development Engineer. Sergio successfully led a team for a retrofit campaign for the EMBRAER170 family aircraft and played a key role in the conception and industrialization of the first Super Tucano series aircraft. In 2009, Sergio joined ANFAC as a Financial Administrative Manager. Sergio achieved significant results, including reducing operating costs by 30% and defaults by 70%. Sergio also implemented efficient internal processes and developed financial and strategic planning. Sergio then worked at GEJUR as a Financial Administrative Manager, where they reduced administrative costs by 45% and decreased defaults by 78%. Sergio worked as a Partner at MEM Consulting from 2015 to 2017, specializing in providing services to startups and small/medium companies.
