Kathy Anton is the Founder and CEO of COMPROSE Inc., where since May 1987, Kathy has developed the Operations Mapping methodology and the Zavanta software, focusing on Policy and Procedure (SOP) systems. In addition to leading the company, Kathy serves as an R&D Customer Advocate, emphasizing customer perspectives in product enhancements and overall experience. Previously, Kathy held the position of Client Training and Documentation Manager at Unicon Group LTD and worked as an Account Representative at Comshare, specializing in software training and support for commercial enterprises. Kathy holds an MBA in Marketing and Computer Science from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis and a BS in Interior Design from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
