Emma Bland, CPCU, ARM, AIDA, currently serves as a Production Underwriter at CompScience since April 2025. Prior to this role, Emma held the position of Territory Underwriting Manager at Berkley Industrial Comp from June 2024 to April 2025. Emma's extensive experience in workers' compensation underwriting includes senior and standard roles at RAS from January 2018 to June 2024 and at New Mexico Mutual from June 2015 to January 2018.
