Aaron Vardasebi is a seasoned project management expert and strategist with a strong foundation in Lean leadership and change management. They have developed and managed project management offices across various industries, including roles at First American Title and APMEX, Inc., where they achieved significant improvements in project delivery and operational efficiency. Currently, they serve as the Lead Senior Project/Program Manager in the Project Management Office at CompSource Mutual Insurance Company.
