Christopher J. Koman

Christopher J. Koman, CPA, currently serves as the Controller and FP&A Lead at ComPsych, a leading provider of employee assistance programs, since May 2020. Prior to this role, Christopher held various positions at IRI from August 2009 to March 2020, including Director of Finance and Accounting, where responsibilities encompassed financial oversight for multiple business units and M&A transactions. Prior experiences include roles at PwC as a Transaction Services Manager, managing financial diligence for numerous companies, and Deloitte as an Audit Manager, conducting external audits. Christopher began the professional journey at Arthur Andersen, progressing from Intern to Senior Associate. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Accountancy from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
