Elvira Botello serves as the Talent Acquisition Lead at ComPsych since March 2019, leveraging extensive experience in recruitment across multiple organizations. Previously, Elvira held several roles at Guaranteed Rate and Robert Half, including Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist and National Recruiter. Prior experience includes managing recruitment at DePaul University Housing Services and intern positions at Grant Thornton LLP and Northwestern Mutual, focusing on campus recruitment and event coordination. Elvira holds a Bachelor of Science in Business with concentrations in Human Resources Management, Leadership & Change Management, and Accounting from DePaul University.
