Jim Brown

Jim Brown is an accomplished Senior Vice President of Operations and FMLASource at ComPsych, with a career spanning from September 2004 to the present. Under Jim's leadership, the Absence Management product was developed, resulting in growth to over 200 employees and revenue exceeding 100 million. Jim has also established strategic partnerships with disability carriers to co-brand products and services. Prior to ComPsych, Jim served as a National Account Manager at Cigna from December 1998 to September 2004, overseeing claim and call center operations for significant national accounts and leading the account management team to enhance customer satisfaction and retention. Jim holds a JD MBA degree from the University of Iowa and a BA in Business from Grand View University.
