Kimi Robertson is an experienced ADA Coach at ComPsych since January 2022, providing consultation on the Americans with Disabilities Act and the Pregnant Workers’ Fairness Act, as well as delivering education through webinars and personalized coaching. Previously, Kimi worked as a Legal Intern at Assurant, focusing on research related to insurance laws, drafting contracts, and summarizing legal documents. Additional experience includes serving as a Law Clerk for both Alan R. Soven and Legal Services of Greater Miami, specializing in legal research and document preparation. Kimi also interned at the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, conducting research on claims under the Family Medical Leave Act. Earlier professional roles in human resources at Sony/ATV Music Publishing involved recruitment, onboarding, and employee liaison responsibilities, along with internships at Belmont University and MTV Networks. Kimi holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law and a BBA in Business Management from Belmont University.
