Lisa Carnegie is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and training management. Currently serving as a Sr. Specialist in Core Talent Services at Deloitte since June 2021, Lisa focuses on enhancing operational efficiencies and delivering strategic services. Prior to this role, Lisa worked as an HR Absence Management Specialist at ComPsych, facilitating regulatory compliance in employee leave policies, and held the position of Diversity & Inclusion Training Specialist at Northrop Grumman Corporation, where Lisa managed workforce diversity initiatives. Lisa's earlier roles include Communications/Training Specialist for Fannie Mae at Aerotek and multiple training positions at Deloitte, Brainware, Inc., and Accenture. Lisa holds a B.A. in Communications from Rutgers University, completed in 1986.
