Lynn Pyke

Lynn Pyke is a results-driven behavioral health executive with over two decades of leadership experience in managing multi-modality clinical services teams. They served as Vice President of Clinical Services and Operations at TELUS Health from 2018 to 2024, overseeing clinical service delivery and operations for vast employee assistance programs. Lynn also held the position of Director of Operational Excellence at Morneau Shepell, where they focused on cost-effectiveness and quality growth, and led strategic planning initiatives at LifeWorks prior to its acquisition by TELUS Health. Currently, Lynn is the Clinical Network and Operations Excellence Leader at ComPsych, continuing to demonstrate expertise in business transformation and client services within the behavioral health industry. Lynn holds a BA in English from Mount Allison University, an MA in Counselling from Providence University College and Theological Seminary, and an MBA in Innovation Leadership from the University of Fredericton.
