Malissa Owen serves as the Health & Well-Being Team Lead and Health & Well-Being Product Manager at ComPsych since December 2023. Prior to this, Malissa worked as a Wellness Manager at Aetna, a CVS Health Company, from May 2022 to December 2023. Malissa has extensive experience in well-being services, having held positions such as Senior Team Manager and Corporate Well-Being Program Manager and Health Coach at WebMD Health Services between July 2018 and May 2022. Malissa's career began in wellness management roles at Sperling Medical Group and Consulting Support Services, and continued as Senior Manager of Client Services at Spirit Health Group, where strategic health promotion initiatives were developed for hospitals and advocacy groups. Malissa also served as Wellness Center Manager at Holy Cross Hospital and Account Manager for the SilverSneakers Fitness Program at Healthways. Malissa holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Science Education, specializing in Health Promotion & Wellness, from the University of Florida.
