Marcelo Menezes

Marcelo Menezes has extensive experience in account management and leadership roles within the employee assistance and insurance industries. Currently serving as the FMLA Account Services Team Lead for National Accounts at ComPsych since November 2013, Marcelo oversees comprehensive services for over 17,000 organizations globally. Prior to ComPsych, significant positions included FMLA Account Services and Implementation Team Lead, as well as FMLA Senior Account Manager at AXA Assistance USA, where tenure spanned from August 2003 to November 2013. Earlier roles encompassed Marketing Account Manager and International Assistance Coordinator at AXA, and Financial Manager at Dreer Consultores Associados, along with Marketing Territory Manager at Shell Brasil. Marcelo holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Universidade Estadual de Campinas.
