Megan Lanham

Megan Lanham has extensive experience at ComPsych, where Megan has progressed through various roles since May 2007, culminating in the position of FMLA Senior Account Manager since March 2016. In this role, Megan leads a team of FMLA Specialists and Account Managers, collaborates with the management team to develop strategic goals, and has notably improved client service efficiency and employee retention through enhanced training programs.
