Kenneth P.

Kenneth P. serves as the Deputy Chief Information Security Officer at Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) and the Executive Liaison for the Department of the Navy Principal Cyber Advisor. With a significant role as a CompTIA Subject Matter Expert, Kenneth assists in the development of certification exams due to strong expertise in cybersecurity. Kenneth's academic involvement includes positions as an Associate Professor at both the College of Southern Maryland and University of Maryland Global Campus. Previous roles include Security Manager at ManTech, Senior Information System Security Manager at the U.S. Naval Research Laboratory, and various positions within the US Army, including UAS Operator. Kenneth's educational background encompasses a Ph.D. in Information Securities from the University of the Cumberlands, a Master's in Cybersecurity and Information Assurance, and extensive certifications in cybersecurity and UAS operations.
