Matt Johnson

Matt Johnson has extensive experience in accounting and finance, currently serving as Controller at CompTIA since January 2018, with previous roles including Assistant Controller. Prior to CompTIA, Matt worked at Coriant, Inc. from February 2014 to January 2018 as Sr Manager of Accounting, leading Global AR Reporting and Governance and managing the Revenue Accounting department. Additionally, Matt held various managerial positions at Tellabs from September 2005 to February 2014, overseeing the North American Credit and Collections department as well as the Global Revenue Accounting department. Early in his career, Matt was employed at Trans Union from January 1997 to August 2005, progressing from Staff Accountant to Accounting Manager. Matt holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Northern Illinois University.
