Tara Dean

Tara Dean has diverse work experience in business development and management roles. Tara is currently the Senior Director of Business Development at CompTIA, where they focus on sales and partnerships. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Business Development, successfully targeting yearly sales goals and managing relationships with government solution providers. Before that, they were a Senior Manager of Business Development, responsible for driving sales growth and expanding the customer base. Tara also has experience as a Manager of Government Business Development, where they developed expertise in government partnership and sales strategies. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Product Manager at CompTIA. Additionally, Tara served as a Brownie Troop Leader at the Girl Scouts of the USA from 2016 to 2018.

Tara Dean obtained their M.Ed. in Mental Health Counseling from Florida Atlantic University, graduating between 1996 and 1998.
