Timothy Elliott

Timothy Elliott has extensive experience in education and leadership roles, currently serving as a Region 3 Representative on the SkillsUSA Board of Directors since July 2022 and as a member of the CompTIA National CTE Advisory Council since August 2021. Timothy has been the Manager in the Office of Educational Innovation for the West Virginia Department of Education since June 2018, overseeing Career Technical Education Services. Prior to this, Timothy worked as an Instructor/Network Technology Support Specialist for Lincoln County School District from August 2009 to June 2018. Educational qualifications include an Administration Certification in Educational Leadership from Salem University, a Master of Science in Education from Marshall University, a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Ohio University, and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Information Technology from Marshall University.
