Lucy Jones has a degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Leeds and also holds a CIPD Assoc. certification. Lucy has worked in various HR roles, starting as an HR Administrator at Q-Hotels, then progressing to be an HR Adviser at Warwickshire College. Currently, Lucy serves as an Executive & Governance Manager as well as an HR Manager at Compton Verney Art Gallery and Park. Throughout their career, Lucy has demonstrated a strong commitment to providing professional HR guidance and support to both staff and management.
