Crosno Tim is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in desk side support and help desk analysis. Since November 2009, Crosno Tim has been employed as a Senior Desk Side Support Analyst at CompuCom, where responsibilities include addressing computer-related issues, performing repairs, managing computer builds, and troubleshooting software and hardware problems, in addition to acting as the SCCM deployment agent for Aramark's software. Prior to this role, Crosno Tim served as a Senior Help Desk Analyst at ARAMARK from June 2002 to November 2010, providing phone support for a wide range of computer issues. Crosno Tim completed education at Lyons Township High School, graduating from 1985.
