Denise Skyba

Denise Skyba is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and management. At CompuCom from January 2014 to December 2015, Denise served as a Senior Recruiter and Talent Acquisition Business Partner, focusing on sourcing candidates for a variety of roles across sales, IT operations, and C-suite positions in both the US and Canadian markets. In addition, Denise worked as an Executive and Sales Sourcer, providing critical support during a peak hiring phase for executive and management roles in the technology sector. Prior to this, Denise spent over 15 years at Randstad USA as a Site Support Manager and Recruiter for an outsourced account with Microsoft, where responsibilities included staffing management and supervision of a team of 25 employees. Denise holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business from Montclair State University.
