Hetan Patel is currently an ITSM Manager at Compucom, where they have been working since 2016, and previously held the role of CIRT Manager. Prior to this, Hetan gained valuable experience as a Senior Technical Support Engineer at vCustomer from 2006 to 2012 and served as a Senior Officer at Mphasis from 2012 to 2016. Hetan completed their high school education in the Science Stream at P. P. Savani Vidhyalaya in Surat and in the General Stream at Deep Darshan High School in Ahwa.
