Jason Crago

Program Executive

Jason Crago has extensive experience in IT service management, currently serving as Program Director and Customer Executive at CompuCom since August 2009. Crago has led multiple large customer IT service agreements and managed operations for North America Services with General Electric. Prior to this, Crago held various roles at CompuCom from June 1998 to 2009, including Systems Integration Manager and Operations Manager, where responsibilities encompassed leading remote teams and maintaining financial information. Crago began a career in IT support, progressing from L2 Deskside Support to leadership positions overseeing teams that managed complex customer IT environments. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Management from Huntington University, completed in 2007.
