Jason Grazado has over 27 years of experience in the IT and managed services industry. Currently serving as the Service Director and Program Manager at CompuCom since June 2005, Jason leads a team of approximately 85 professionals responsible for maintaining server infrastructure for two data centers outside of New York City, providing 24/7 Level 1 and Level 2 support across various operating systems and technologies. Prior to CompuCom, Jason held the position of Service Delivery Leader at GE Equipment Management from August 1996 to June 2005, where leadership capabilities were demonstrated by managing outsourced desktop support teams for multiple clients, including GE Capital and Pfizer, Inc. Jason's educational background includes attendance at Union College from 1986 to 1989 and St. George's School from 1983 to 1986.
