Jim Hood is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management and technical support. Currently serving as the Regional Field Services Manager at Compucom since August 2013, Jim leads a team of 48 associates, overseeing day-to-day operations and large-scale projects across over 220 sites. Previously, Jim held the position of Regional IT Field Services Lead, providing dedicated service to the Lowes account and managing a team of 20 technicians in the Great Lakes region. In addition to technical roles, Jim has a background in fitness as a Group Exercise Instructor for LA Fitness since January 2013 and previously at YMCA of Greater Toledo.
