Lisa Swank

Lisa Swank serves as the Sr Manager for Training and Document Control at CompuCom since November 2009, overseeing various teams including classroom instructors, technical writers, and SharePoint development and administration. Responsibilities encompass financial management, budgeting, time analysis, and personnel management. Prior to this role, Lisa was the Training Director at Affiliated Computer Services from July 1998 to August 2010, where leadership extended across training teams in multiple international locations, and the development of the Standard American Dialect Program significantly enhanced communication and customer satisfaction. Lisa holds a Bachelor of Science in Management from the University of Phoenix and an Associate's degree in Accounting from Collin College.
