Mustafa Shaikh

Mustafa Shaikh is an experienced IT professional currently serving as an ITSM - Major Incident Coordinator at Compucom since September 2020, following roles as a Service Desk Technician Level 1 and Level 2. Prior to Compucom, Mustafa held the position of Team Lead at NOTAN Software Solutions from July 2019 to February 2020, focusing on business-to-business services. Additionally, from July 2018 to June 2019, Mustafa worked as a Lead Generation Executive at Maven Biztech, specializing in lead generation and contact discovery. Mustafa holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from AKI's Poona College of Arts, Science & Commerce, and has completed HSc in Science and SSC at Sungrace High School.
