Rodney Embry is an experienced customer service professional with a strong background in technical support and troubleshooting. Currently serving as a Customer Service Representative Tier 2 at InspiriTec since February 2014, and as a Help Desk Analyst at CompuCom since April 2013, Rodney's expertise includes diagnosing and resolving employee technical issues related to desktop, laptop, and network services.
