Saquib Shaikh

Saquib Shaikh is an experienced IT professional with a background in technical support and incident management. Currently serving as an ITSM - Major Incident Coordinator at Compucom since July 2021, Saquib has previously held positions as Technical Support Engineer Level II and Level I. Prior experience includes working as a Research Analyst at Ziff Davis from January 2020 to July 2021 and as a Research Associate at infoAnalytica, Inc. from April 2017 to October 2018. Saquib holds a Bachelor in Computer Science from AKI's Poona College of Arts, Science & Commerce, completed in 2018, and has also pursued higher secondary education and secondary school education at the same institution and Moledina High School, respectively.
