Sushma Paul

Sushma Paul is currently serving as the Country Head - India and Country HR Head - India at Compucom since June 2016. With a background in human resources, Sushma has held various managerial and directorial positions in prestigious companies such as WNS Global Services, ERECON SERVICES, Holiday Inn, Radisson Resort & Spa, and Aamby Valley City. Sushma holds an MBA in Human Resource Management from SYMBIOSIS, Pune, and is also a Certified Diversity Professional from DTUI. Additionally, Sushma has a Master's degree in Economics from Pune University.
