Deeone McKeithan

Deeone McKeithan, PhD, is an accomplished HR executive leader with over 20 years of experience in human resources management and organizational development. Currently serving as the Vice President of People and Culture at Compudopt, they focus on enhancing employee engagement and implementing strategic HR practices. Previous roles include Director of Special Projects and Executive Director of Community Engagement at Spring ISD, where they developed diversity and inclusion plans and mentorship programs. Deeone has also held leadership positions at Verizon Wireless and Convergys, achieving notable improvements in employee satisfaction and retention rates. They are pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in Organizational Leadership at Indiana Wesleyan University, while also holding degrees from Central Michigan University and East Carolina University.
