Rose Carr is currently the Senior Director of Program Impact at Compudopt and has held various roles in program management and strategic communications within the nonprofit sector. They previously served as Chief Impact Officer at The Constellation Fund and have experience managing projects and communications at organizations such as Seiche and Minnesota Housing. Rose holds a Master of Public Policy from the University of Minnesota and a Bachelor of Arts in Public Policy and Communications from DePaul University.
