Ramana V has a diverse work experience in the field of recruiting and talent solutions. They started their career in 2016 as a Senior Technical Recruiter at CodeForce 360, where they were responsible for the full life cycle of recruitment and selection. They then worked as a Senior Technical Recruiter at Emonics LLC, focusing on providing data analysis solutions. In 2019, Ramana joined Bhaskar Reddy Software Labs as a Senior Information Technology Recruitment Consultant. They worked there until 2021, when they joined Techouts as a Lead Technical Recruiter, leading a team of 5 members and handling requirements for clients.
