Previously, at Anagram, Lisa provided client support by locating out-of-network benefits for Eyecare Providers and researching outstanding claims and denials. Lisa then pursued their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a Healthcare Specialization from Capella University between 2012 and 2018. In addition, Lisa completed a Medical Billing and Coding Diploma from Ultimate Medical Academy from 2015 to 2016. Lisa has also obtained certifications including a White Belt in Six Sigma from an institution called White Belt in 2010 and became a Certified Ophthalmic Assistant from JCAHPO in June 2006. Finally, Lisa holds a certification as a Certified Literacy Tutor, obtained from Pinellas County Library.
