Whitney Wilson

Whitney Wilson began their work experience as an Office Manager at a Private Law Firm from January 2006 to January 2011. Whitney then served as a Finance & Service Manager at Simon Eye Associates from January 2011 to October 2012, where they successfully increased aged payments by 40% and performed insurance billing and posting. Subsequently, they held the position of Director of Service at Simon Eye Associates from September 2012 to April 2016, during which they were responsible for overseeing the service operations of a seven office optometry practice. Additionally, they served as the EHR Administrator at Simon Eye Associates from September 2012 to March 2016, where they monitored and maintained the electronic health record (EHR) system, conducted end user training and support, and installed system updates. From April 2016 to January 2020, Whitney worked as a Software Training Specialist at Compulink Business Systems. Currently, they hold the role of Product Manager at Compulink Healthcare Solutions.
