Alex Pick is currently the Vulnerability Management Team Lead at Computacenter and has over a decade of experience in IT service management roles. Alex previously served as an IT Service Delivery Manager at DHL eCommerce UK, where they contributed to the development of IT service management strategies and maintained relationships with key stakeholders. Prior to that, Alex spent five years as a Change Manager at CALYX, overseeing change control procedures and enhancing service management processes. With additional experience as a Release Analyst at TNT Express, Alex has developed a strong background in managing IT services and implementing effective change management practices.
