Caroline McCoy is an experienced HR professional with a robust background in reward management and employee services. Currently serving as Group Reward Manager - Recognition, Benefits & Global Mobility at Computacenter since July 2015, Caroline has also held the position of Reward Manager. Prior experience includes Senior HR Manager - Shared Services at Martin-Brower, overseeing the reward agenda and leading a shared services team. Caroline's career began at Pentland Brands, where roles ranged from HR Advisor to Head of People Services, contributing significantly to global HR strategies and managing diverse teams.
