Chris Gallagher

Chris Gallagher has extensive experience in IT service management, with a focus on problem management and asset and configuration management. Currently serving as Team Manager for Asset, Configuration and License Management at Computacenter since August 2013, Chris previously held the role of Problem Manager at both Computacenter and Capita IT Services. Prior to these roles, Chris worked as IT Service Delivery Manager at Cattles, European Problem Manager at Capital One, IT Incident Manager at Imperial College London, and Head of Helpdesk Operations at Eurobenefits. With a career spanning over two decades, Chris has developed a strong expertise in managing IT services and resolving issues efficiently.
