Claudia Engels (PMP)® is a Senior Transitionmanager with extensive experience in project management and IT services. From 2012 to 2019, Claudia held various roles at Computacenter, including Regular Transitionmanager and Transition Manager Associate, where they managed service transitions and oversaw project planning and budget control. Following that, Claudia served as a Senior IT Specialist Enduser Services at Omya from 2019 to 2023. Previously, they were the Team Leader for Service Coordination at ADA - Das Systemhaus, leading a team responsible for incident management and client reporting.
